Incompetent support
I used for years with no issue and loved and recommended but when I started using more my (now former) credit union started holding and rejecting deposits and support was completely worthless. They read from an unhelpful script and sat on their hands. I ultimately solved the problem myself but switched to a different processor. Square shook up the industry but then clearly got complacent. A good example of how not to run a disruptor. Despite years of recommending this service I cant anymore
